Depreciated feature in ggplot2 3.4.0 #2
Description
When using the package for my analysis, I encountered the warning:
Warning: stat(x) was deprecated in ggplot2 3.4.0.
ℹ Please use after_stat(x) instead.
ℹ The deprecated feature was likely used in the sc2marker package.
Please report the issue at https://github.com/CostaLab/sc2marker/issues.
This doesn't seem to have impacted my results, but I wanted to make the authors aware of this warning.
