Document how permissions need to be

Document how to chown and chmod all the files so the webserver can only write to places it needs to write to (e.g. logs) once everything is installed. Need to double check what should be 605 and what should be 705 (if those are even the right permissions). There are good examples for setting up wordpress that apply here.
