Create a test utility that allows easy creation of any maru network topology with optionally corresponding Execution Layer Besu nodes
Atm, creating a set of Maru validator + Followers requires 100+ lines of boilerplate code. This is very low productivity, and error-prone :(
Motivation
- Improve tests - focus on test cases, not on maru configuration boiler plate
- Allow for easy simulation of any network topology on a local machine
