feature: add support for Merkle-Patricia Tree validation

It would be useful for compatibility with Ethereum state root checks. But need to consider how to implement, with conventional hash functions it would probably be too expensive to implement. Maybe be invalidated when Ethereum migrates to Verkle trees.
