Linea Switch doesn't work #27

In order to navigate to a specific form, I need to do the following:

connect to MetaMask
Clicking the Switch Linea button prompts me in MetaMask, but the actual switch does not happen
I need to instead switch to Linea chain manually
Upon clicking "Leave Feedback" on a specific form

I get an error: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

At this point, I still cannot select a specific form without first

Refreshing the site

Once I have refreshed the site I can then drill down into a specific form and provide feedback.
