Use: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/setup-java-environment-based-on-adoptopenjdk instead of the current setup-java which uses Azul Zulu.

There is an Issue actions/setup-java#13 on the current setup-java for adding support for other JDKs, but there is no timeframe for availability.
