I'm always frustrated when I need to directly work on the specific part of the source media from a Multicamed clip. Eather I need access to its source resolution, or source codec such as r3d raw just for the specific part.
I can do this using Davinci Resolve.
Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to flatten Multicam Clips on timeline just like what Resolve can do.

I'm actually surprised there isn't already an issue for this, haha.
Personally, rather than having a flatten Multicam option, I think the main issue is that you can't do things like stabilisation, although there's really no technical reason why you can't stabilise ANYTHING - you should be able to stabilise compound clips, Multicam, Sync Clips, etc.
We really love cutting in FCP but honetsly it is only good at cutting. We often have to finish the job in other softwares.
Besides stablising, being able to flatten Multicam on timeline in FCP is a going to be super helpful for pipe lines after editing.
Such as sending to Resolve for finishing, where raw metadata/resolution is really needed for compositing, VFX such as 3D camera tracking as some times we need LDS, pitch yaw roll information from the raw file, color trace or using remote nodes from previous Resolve timelines, resizing , various outputs, ODT management. Nested clips such as Multicam don't offer much. It has to be flattened after editing is locked.
