It would be great to have an audio unit built into FCP for doing noise, sine, and other test audio. Logic has a Test Audio Unit that does do this and is visible in FCP, but only for those who purchased Logic.

Take the Logic Test Audio Unit and package it in FCP as well.

Logic Test AU works but isn't available in the default FCP install without Logic
