Master Audio Chain to apply audio Effects globally

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to apply effects to the master [combined] audio chain, similar to Logic, but there is no Master Audio Chain.
It would be great to be able to apply a sound compressor to the master output.

The model that Logic has for effects on the master is a perfect model to replicate in FCP
