  • 2021 16-inch MacBook Pro (M1 Pro, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD)
  • macOS Sonoma 14.5
  • Final Cut Pro 10.8

We are having this issue too with 10.8. Kind of crucial feature for fine editing

others have it too. i conformed this bug for someone else actually. of course, feedback to apple was sent

WORKS FOR ME:

Turn SKIMMING OFF [S], then AUDIO SKIMMING "frame by frame" WORKS via arrow keys!

MBP 2017 Intel i7 FCP 10.8
