Apologies for the delayed reply. We've had a couple of users report this over the years - one person had two Speed Editors, and one did it, but the other didn't and we never worked out why. Are you connected via cable or Bluetooth?
I mapped the jog wheel (to "Go to Previous / Next Frame"), and the SHTL/ JOG / SCRL keys (to Play Reverse / Stop / Play Forward). All is working fine.
But after a while, the jog wheel stops responding at all. Although the other keys continue to respond.
This is not related to timeline focus, as pressing left / right arrow keys will move the playhead, but the jog wheel won't.
The only way I've found to make it responsive again is to Disable, then Enable Control Surface. Which is obviously not very practical.
