Describe the Bug

Scrolling the Toolbar is buggy in Writer.

Issue 1) Steps to Reproduce

  1. File menu > Scrolling to left with trackpad crashes CO.

Issue 2) Steps to Reproduce

  1. File menu and the others > they all show scroll arrows on the right; even when scroll arrows are not needed.

Issue 3) Steps to Reproduce

  1. Left scroll arrows do not display even when you have scrolled to the right.

Collabora Online accessed from a Chromebook

Collabora version: COOLWSD version: 24.04.2.1snapshot git hash: cd9875e
LOKit version: built on a great technology base Collabora Office 24.04.2.20240515 git hash: 07c93a6

OS and version: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS 9fc98521

Browser and version: Chrome 124.0.6367.219 (Official Build) (64-bit) - the latest version.
