COffice app 25.04.6.2 no longer uses the desktop UI on Chromebooks

Describe the Bug

The latest release of Collabora Office Android App 25.04.6.2 no longer uses the desktop UI on Chromebooks, it looks like the mobile or tablet view. This happened once before about 2 years ago, but couldn't find it in github. Collabora Online 25.04.7.2 displays the desktop UI correctly - you probably already know this :-)

Tested changing it from windowed back to restored, and tested both before and after opening a document, no change.

Also tested changing the Android app settings at the top middle (Resize/Landscape/Portrait), this did not help either, and tested both before and after opening a document.

Note that the app sometimes ends up with a white blank screen when making these changes, ...just in case this is related.
