You may want to consider adding Modalys.

ModaLisp is based on LispWorks.

It is a framework more than an application, OpenMusic being one of many uses:

Modalys is primarily a framework that can be used under various environments:
As a stand-alone application, ModaLisp, powered by LISP language.
As a Max/MSP set of objects for realtime use (MLYS and modalys~ objects). Compatible with Max 5, 6.0, and 6.1.
As an OpenMusic library.
As a MatLab set of objects for scientific applications.
