Add district & (VDC) level solar power potential data

It'd be great to have data on Solar resource and PV power potential in Nepal

thanks, @janakrajchadha for the reminder. Sorry for the delay. We are looking to add solar power potential on a district/VDC/Municipality level.

We will add data PVOUT – Photovoltaic power potential [kWh/kWp] by creating a new section "Renewable Energy Potential" I think first we need to download the district/VDC/municipality level data (CSV format) and submit it here: https://github.com/Code4Nepal/data

Pls see this example of disaster related data.
