Put together "starting placement" plan

We should have a doc which sets context for things like "Who are the people around you", "How often should you be meeting with them", prompts to give/get certain kinds of feedback at certain times, etc.

Right now the journey from learning to placement is a bit too ad-hoc.

Specifically this should contain a timeline of events, e.g. "2 weeks in - if someone hasn't given you a whiteboard overview of the production system, make sure someone does"

It should also seed that at least the first week or two should have more-often-than-weekly check-ins.
