Rough timeline:

March 2025: Gather data from previous cohorts, community needs assessments, and regional interest surveys.
April 2025: Evaluate potential regions based on participant capacity, demographics, and alignment with program goals.
15th April 2025: Finalize the region to allow sufficient preparation time.
