User story 📖

As a CURRICULUM DEVELOPER [ this could be a volunteer, trainee, someone in the tech-ed team ]
I want to build workshops from blocks ( in a similar way to the curriculum website )
in order to build workshops from composable activities
so that I can easily create and update new workshop activities

As a VOLUNTEER/TRAINEE
I want to view the instructions for a workshop on the main curriculum site
so that I can easily see all the instructions for a day in a single place
