Account privacy is not toggleable

Describe the bug

In the Account Settings section, the following section is shown:

This should be toggleable, in case I want to hide my name at some point in time.

Note: It should be noted that search engines/external sources may have indexed the page while the user had their privacy set to public, in which case it isn't truly "hidden" but being able to dynamically hide on our platform is a good first start.
