When initially creating a UIPA request, the following questions are presented:
Answering the "What kind of information do you want?" question with "a matter that involves you personally (personal records request)" gives us this:
This behavior is correct, stated in the given message. However, there is no way to backtrack from this answer and re-submit the form with the other option without refreshing the page entirely.
Expected behavior
Instead of having the user submit the form to see the given message, perhaps we highlight a message when the option is first selected instead. However, we could just allow backtracking from this given message in some other way as well.
