Ownership change request OpenTelemetryApi & OpenTelemetrySdk

Hello CocoaPods team,
I'm a maintainer associated with the OpenTelemetry-swift SDK and we are adding support for CocoaPods on our framework. I've come to find that the pod specs for OpenTelemetryApi and OpenTelemetrySdk are owned by an individual not associated with the CNFC OpenTelemetry project and the podspecs appear to no long be updating.
I would like to request transfer of ownership of these podspecs to myself.

Looks like the claim form on the Cocoapods Guide "Claiming an existing library" has a link that leads to a 404
