prioritize the major missing feature

looking at readme, we migh need to prioritize the major missing feature, so we can implement them first as most important. (we can have the 3 most important one, the rest can follow-up later)

Major missing features:

    Decode CIB attributes and status section into a Go object structure

    Encode status section as JSON

    Decoding / encoding configuration section

    Writing changes back to the CIB

    Get CIB as JSON

    Get CibObjects as JSON

    Make changes

    Create CibObjects

    Get status of resources and nodes

    History information

    Meta information about agents etc.

Most of the work on the first of these (parsing the CIB into go objects) has already been done by Xin, but the rest still remain to be done IIRC. Well, some of the items are a bit vague.

Hi @yangzhao-kl , apologies for the late response but I have been too busy to keep up with Github the past few months! Unfortunately I am not sure what the state of the work by Xin is, but I do not have any objection to merging at least.
