`crm corosync link show`: Warn mismatches between static and runtime configurations

As the title, the static corosync.conf file might mismatch to the runtime state in corosync-cmapctl.

It is possible when the config file is changed by other tools.

Or, the known failure when crmsh changes knet_transport for an existing link.
crm corosync link update 1 options knet_transport=sctp
