If the mainboard/NICs are replaced in a subnode without the OS being reinstalled, network config fails

Test case; 

Use the same HDD on a new system (new host UUID, but /etc/anvil/host.uuid is from the old host), and all MAC addresses change, the old udev file doesn't get updated with the new MAC addresses when the network is reconfigured.
