Pasting Clipboard History from cilpy to Rider Not Working #534

Issue Description:

I am encountering an issue where I am unable to paste clipboard history records from cilpy into Rider. When I attempt to paste a clipboard history item into Rider, there is no response or action taken.

Environment:

Machine Chip:Apple M2 Max
Operating System: macOS Ventura 13.5.1
Rider Version: 2023.2
cilpy Version: 1.2.1
