Rare Productivity 2 Modules store productivity bonus constant incorrectly #492

Problem Description

The actual productivity bonus of a Rare Productivity 2 Module is 9% as shown here:

Factory Planner seems to think the bonus is 9.5% as shown here:

This has lead to an incorrect calculation for the number of machines required to match the requested rate.

Reproduction

  1. Import the following into factory planner:

  1. Place down 14 grey science assemblers as instructed by Factory Planner.
  2. Use Rate Calculator on the 14 grey sci assemblers and see that the rates do not match.
