Describe the bug
When users have no circuits , favorites or notifications , these show completely blank white screens instead of displaying a empty state UI with helpful messages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log in with account having no favorites or no circuits
  2. Go to Profile or Notifications
  3. If in Profile click on Favorites or Circuits tab
  4. Observe blank white space

Expected behavior
The UI should render designated empty state components when collections are empty, maintaining visual consistency with other empty states in the application.
