Feature: "Check-in By..." option in Kiosk

EXCELLENT work on getting the Kiosk working on 6.8!!! Let me know how to send you some coffee :)

Feature request summary: as you check-in/out people, one would be able to set who check them in/out

Why it matters:

1. As volunteers come they'll check-in and specify the supervisor for that class (or supervisor check them in)
2. As children come/go, church staff/volunteers can specify who brought them in or picked them up (e.g., dad brought in kids, then mom [or a pre-approved guardian] picked them up)
   In this way, for security and accountability reasons, the leadership knows who are inside a specific room and who brought/pick their kids in/up.

Proposed flow: a switch on the header part to enable "Check-in by" option so if turn off, it will just function as normal but if switch on then once they check-in a prompt would ask who brought/pick them in/up. Also, as a nice feature, as they are checked-out and a prompt asks them who will pick them up, a link to the family of the child so they can see the photo of the parents and/or guardians so they can verify (this is especially helpful for guests who comes)

Where will these notes be added? Will they only go into the child profile? I don't think we'll be creating any notes today. It's a useful feature.

You already have this feature (see screenshot) at Checkin.php but make this available on the Kiosk Mode (for low-level permission volunteers). Adding of family/person is still reserved for the admin or staff who are in the same room or for some churches who have dedicated staff in a separate registration area where they're responsible to add new family/person.
