Thanks. If I understand you correctly you should be able to edit the scripture template to get your desired result?! |
Hello, thank you! How can this be done ? |
Go into the "Templates" drawer tab, and edit the "Scripture" template. You can also change the template used in the "Scriptures" tab on the right side. |

Hi FreeShow Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring up a suggestion for an enhancement that could improve the user experience in FreeShow, particularly in the scheduling feature.
Currently, when adding a scripture to the schedule in a new show and then double clicking it to project, I've noticed that it requires manual alignment of the scripture passage at the bottom. This is shown in the screenshot above, John 20:22 is projecting on the screen however the passage at the bottom remains at the previous scripture which makes it very longwinded to go to a previous/next verse in John 20. While the process of typing manually works, it can be a bit cumbersome, especially when dealing with longer passages or multiple verses during a sermon that is being shared live.
I was thinking it would greatly streamline the process if, upon selecting a scripture in the schedule, the scripture passage automatically aligns at the bottom of the screen. This would allow for easier scrolling to the next verse within that passage without the need for re-typing the scripture.
I've observed that EasyWorship implements this feature quite effectively, and I believe incorporating something similar into FreeShow would greatly enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of the platform.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I appreciate your attention to improving the FreeShow experience.
