[New Feature]: Dockerize the app

I want to add docker file which make easy to run your app locally so that your app can be run seamlessly and user with any package version and node version use your app easily

Point down the features

feature points

1. user can run your app with any nodeversion
2. user can run your app with one docker command
3. you can also wrap your app with kubernetes which make your app very standard and production level
