Auto Start App missing

Describe the bug

I have the same issue of #1777 in my windows 11 Desktop pc
my startup apps dont show in panel and not working

I am not sure whats is the cause,i am using my own microwin ISO, but I've formatted it in other laptop pc using the stable version and works.
maybe some tweak of winutil breaks it, but what is more strange to me, is that I use the same methodology to remove the garbage in all my devices with winutil.

I would like to know if there are any registry commands or things I can move to restore the function.
