Managed to figure out myself after trying all the settings. It's the option "Disable suggestions from local providers" if anyone needs this in the future. No idea why anyone would want to type every address manually every time and why this option is selected by default. |

I used the recommended settings and now I have to manually type everything in the address bar. I don't get any suggestions from history or anything.
I tried to undo the tweaks, I tried some of the settings in O&O ShutUp (like enabling automatic completion in address bar) but nothing works. It's driving me insane sadly.
