SegFault on Volumio 2.502

When installing the 2.4x version on Volumio 2.502 on a Raspberrypi 3 B+ I get a segmetation fault when starting the plugin. Will this plugin be updated for Volumio 2.5?
@eslei322 I saw your bugfix, does this mean you have it running on the lastest Volumio?

not for me :(
I just did a fresh install of 2.513 and Volumio restarts as soon as I activate the plugin.
What settings are you using for I2S? I got the output working fine when selecting 'HiFi Berry DAC'. I did not find any info on what is best for the 9018. Maybe generic I2S or adding a custom one to the json file?
My setup is a Rpi 3 B+ with a Waveshare 7" display, so I have the touch-display plugin active as well but nothing else.
@ChrisPanda any Idea or hints on how to debug this i.e. get more info from Volumio on why the plugin crashes?
