Describe the current behavior

You can see it in you example: https://docs.joinpeertube.org/api/activitypub#example-2 and in the real world. The relation from user -> channel is only happening via the attributedTo field. If that field is changed in #2704 the channel matching becomes harder.
It would be a lot easier for other fediverse software if the targeted group would be mentioned in the To / Cc / Audience field

Describe the expected behavior

Have the targeted group (channel) be mentioned in the To / Cc / Audience field

Hi,

In my understanding attributedTo has a different meaning than to/cc. attributedTo means the Video is also published by the Group (and so the channel) where to is the audience of the Video, and so actors who might be interested in such an object

While that is true, if a person publishes something it is expected that their follower collection is in the To field. In the Threadiverse (mbin/kbin/lemmy/piefed/etc.) we put the group in the To field and attributedTo only contains the id of the user posting something.
Adding the group or the the group's follwer collecfion to the To field would make matching it easier, like I mentioned in the issue
