NodaTime Types do not have cursor pagination implemented

Hello all,
i noticed that cursor pagination was not working when just adding the NodaTime types. So I wrote the required cursor key serializer my self.

And then I just registered them:

    public static IRequestExecutorBuilder AddNodaTimeCursorKeySerializer(this IRequestExecutorBuilder builder)
    {
        return builder
            .AddCursorKeySerializer(new InstantCursorKeySerializer())
            .AddCursorKeySerializer(new LocalDateCursorKeySerializer()) ;
    }

I think this should be in the NodaTime package. So what do you guys think?
