If you have posted solutions here out of a desire to help others, then I would say your desire to help others is good. But I doubt if it is ethical to post solutions like this online. The reason I say this is because when I took another Coursera Specialization, they had explicitly told students not to publish their solutions on GitHub or anywhere else. I am not sure if the course for which you have posted the solutions also has such restrictions, but I urge you to check it. It must be around the beginning of the Specialization. In case they also have told students to not post solutions online, then you must immediately make this repository private or delete it. If they find out about this, they may take action against you. The reason I told you this is somehow this is making rounds in the RL community and has ended up reaching us. So in the same way it could reach the creators of that Specialization as well. And if in case they did not allow such things, they could take action against you.
