Create test pipelines #188
Description
Create test pipelines that cover all current CP-plugins
Pipelines don't need to have logical workflow (i.e. wouldn't be used IRL), just test for functionality.
Will cluster as many plugins into as few pipelines as possible, noting that installation dependencies may prevent certain modules from being in the same pipeline.
