Describe the bug
Hello, I'd like to use Catch-up-TV-and-More with TV integration. I followed this tutorial: https://catch-up-tv-and-more.github.io/live_tv_installation/ . Except in the "TV" section of Kodi, no channels are present.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Using the stable version, following this tutorial: https://catch-up-tv-and-more.github.io/installation/#ii-add-the-official-catch-up-tv--more-repository
Launching Catch-up-TV-and-More
"Live TV" section (pop-up -> Yes)
"France" section
Select "France 2" >> The channel works
Back to kodi menu
"TV integration" add-ons setting
"Enable Kodi Live TV Integration".
(Program installs IPTV Simple Client and IPTV Manager)
"Select channels to enable
"France 2" -> "OK
"Open IPTV Manager settings
"IPTV Simple" -> "OK
"Configure IPTV Simple automatically..." (pop-up Yes and OK)
"Channels" -> "Refresh channels and guide now..."
Back to kodi menu
"TV" -> No Channels
I started again with the beta version but I get the same thing
Expected behaviour
I should find the live channel list in the "TV" section.
Actual behaviour
No channels in the "TV" section

Your environment
(I tested on raspberry and windows 10)
Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here:
In the service.iptv.manager folder, playlist.m3u8 is completed with the selected channels.
I modified the IPTV Simple Client settings in the "Refresh" section > Auto refresh mode > Once per Day > 4 hours
It worked on PC, I tried to reproduce it on Raspberry pi 4, and it didn't work. Then I went back to the beginning on kodi PC and it didn't work again :/
