Events Pagination Position Style Bug

At the bottom of the events page: https://ccss.carleton.ca/events/

There is a small pagination component that needs some improved styling.

Depending on whether arrows need to be present, the spacing shifts as described below:

Space needs to be added to left:

Spacing just looks bad with 2 digit numbers... we should fix this somehow

Space needs to be added to right:

For this issue please fix this.
