Describe the bug

Upon completing the "Proving yourself worthy" quest and returning to New Avalon, I receive the rewards but I can't dismiss the Dialog Box that appears afterwards.

This effectively makes New Avalon inaccessible for me from now on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'New Avalon' (Central City from the White Area of the world)
  2. Get "Proving yourself worthy" quest
  3. Defeat 3 challengers
  4. Return to 'New Avalon' for the reward
  5. See error

Expected behavior
The dialog box should have been dismissed after clicking on the button.

Screenshots

Image

This screenshot shows the hard locking point. Clicking on the 'Are Challengers so despised around here?' button gives visual a sound feedback of click but nothing happens.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Version 2.0.02 (Jan-26)

Additional context
I am in New Game + with this character, I don't know if this impacts this bug or not.

Let me know if there's anything else I can clarify. Any kind of assistance would be appreciated.

Edit: I just realized that this issue was already reported here.

Is there any work around in the mean time?
