Cannot Auth with Plugin using Discourse 2.4.0.beta2 #4

The Ubuntu login plugin lets us get to the SSO page, and provide a login credential, but we are always returned to an error message:

Sorry, there was an error authorizing your account. Perhaps you did not approve authorization?

Logs simply state with the plugin that:

(ubuntu) Authentication failure! invalid_credentials encountered.

Not sure if this is a configuration issue or a plugin incompatibility issue.

It seems to be since 2.2, additional CSRF protection was added to the OpenIDAuthenticator per https://meta.discourse.org/t/openidauthenticator-plugin-fails/110186/2

Maybe should see how the one “official” openID integration (Yahoo) plugin does it.
