Include extracted water column in results

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like an option to include rectified sonograms with the bottom extracted in the exports, i.e. just the water column. This would ease the post-processing of the data f.ex. for automated fish abundance estimation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative solutions could be for the user to use GIS-processing such as raster calculations to extract the water column from the rectified wcp and wcr -exports.

This is a good idea and one I have thought of as well. This would also be helpful for analysis of submerged aquatic veg. It would not require a lot of work, so I will add it to the list. I am uncertain when I will get to it at this time but will provide an update here when the feature is available.
