Add the option to change the working directory. (MACOS) #511

What is your request?
I would like an option to change the directory that CML installs Chromapper to. I am a standard user and so when I run CML it tries to install it to the applications folder, which in turn fails when it extracts the ZIP. I would make it install to the local applications folder instead of the admin one.

What problem does this solve?
This would allow more users to use chromapper and it shouldn't need much rewriting (i assume, no clue how you've done everything)

Additional context
I am running MacOS 14.2.1 (23C71) and i am on an intel machine. I cannot get administrator access.
