Change the name of one of the counters

**What is your request?**
Change "Red/Blue Ratio" Counters+ name to "Left/Right Ratio".

**What problem does this solve?**
Whenever someone uses custom note colors, seeing "Red/Blue Ratio" when there are neither red or blue notes might be confusing.
