主动发言或发言的触发情况有点不太明白 #27

经过一个周的采集学习，目前只发现了可以复读，阅读了readme，仍不知道主动发言或发言的触发方式或开关方式该如何让bot发言。是采集的聊天记录不够还是什么原因呢

主动发言和群活跃度有关，具体可以查看debug日志，有详细判断过程

看了一下gohttp的debug日志，都是收到消息，指令可以触发回复，判断过程倒是没看见，是需要打开debug模式吗，目前只把日志等级改为了debug
