Part of the #130

Decided to make a separate thread to discuss how to support multi-tenant BMI.

As of now, there's only one provisioning network shared by all the tenants which is a security issue.

An idea that we have is, a user creates his own provisioning network and then gives the node where BMI service is running access to his private network. We need to discuss the specifics/mechanism on how to do it. @apoorvemohan can you add more details?

Closing this since our focus is not about multi-tenant bmi

Eventually we would require this. Instead of completely removing multi-tenancy, we should make it pluggable.
