FOR CHAT there is a mod called IntelliInput which fixes the chat input for languages like Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, etc. so you can move around and don't have to switch between english Keyboard and the language keyboard, demonstration:

im not able to move around when the chinese keyboard is active but with intelliinput this is not a problem. since there is a chinese community it's really good for them. the mod causes extreme lag when used with LiquidBounce, so it should either be made compatible or it can be built into liquidbounce...
