Please document how to change the content

I tried to start updating the lessons to adapt to the new interface, but I seem to not understand how to get the server reload my changes. Even when I edit the html pages, I don't always see the refresh.

I need to start the server with activator run (and not activator start as stated in the README) to get into devel mode, right? But then, why does it not reload my changes? How to force the reload? You should add these info to the README, please.

And then, how can I do with the lessons? I think that I need to copy the jar file in the lib directory, but how is it possible to reload them? Do I have to restart the server? and if so, how?
