is it run the progrma using a netbean ?
how i can run the program ?

I found that using VS code and Github Desktop instead and downloading the PHP by Devsense extension is the most convenient.

In Github Desktop -> CTRL + SHIFT + O (Clone Repository) -> Insert the Url -> Clone -> Open in Visual Studio Code -> Done
