1) Recipients Are Removed When Saving Notifications 2) Typo

Bug description

When saving notifications, the recipients I define end up being removed as though I haven't added them at all. I started noticing this when some notifications stopped arriving.

To reproduce

I can't seem to reproduce the issue because it happens arbitrarily. Sometimes the recipients are saved and sometimes are not. Because of this every time I edit and save a notification I need to open it again just to make sure recipients are still there.

Environment

• PHP: 8.0.29
• WordPress: 6.3
• Notification plugin: 8.0.15

Typo in the UI

"Disableds" instead of "Disabled"
